President and Founder
For the past 25 years, Conni Ingallina has been managing trade, charitable and professional nonprofit associations in Scottsdale, Arizona. Conni is originally from mid-Michigan with a talent for music, playing 8 different instruments in marching and concert bands as well as serving as the accompanist for the high school choirs. In college as a bassoon major and piano minor, she didn’t even know what association management was!
Moving to Arizona with a gospel singing group, she soon turned to the business skills she learned in high school and college for a career, gaining extensive experience and promotion in business management. After the birth of her third child, she decided it was time to start her own business and she started a secretarial service. After gaining 3 association clients, she realized this was a niche, and so SOS-Association Management Solutions was born.
Conni is a people person and she has funneled that passion into the culture of SOS and its tagline – “providing customized solutions with a personal touch.” She utilizes that passion to engage members, clients and staff in an ongoing pursuit of excellence.
Conni is an accredited member of the AMC Institute and has served on many committees, including as the inaugural Chair of the Community Engagement Committee. She is a past Treasurer of the Arizona Society of Association Executives (AZSAE), a member of ASAE® The Center for Association Leadership, a graduate of the Athena Power Link Program, a past president of the USAFA Parents Club and a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP).
