Jeff has worked with national nonprofit membership associations for over sixteen years, most recently as the Chief Program Officer for the Washington, DC-based National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. He has spent most of his career representing the interests of local agencies and professionals within the housing and community development industry and now serves as the Executive Director for the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association and the ARCSA Foundation. Jeff’s skills include nonprofit management, community engagement, contract management, policy analysis, and advocacy. He has extensive experience working with board members and committee members at the national, regional, and state level. Jeff graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology before earning a Master of Public Policy from the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
